For your first visit to our salon, we request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may acquire information that will allow us to best serve you.
Our goal is to maximize the relaxing experience for each guest in our salon. Therefore, we do not offer services to children under the age of 10 nor allow them to be in the salon in order for you and our other guests to relax.
Lisa & Company thanks you for your cooperation in keeping ALL electronics on silent or vibrate only while in the salon.
All new appointments for any service require a credit card guarantee. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us 24-hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
